An employee who actively promotes physical and mental health wellbeing in the workplace by encouraging team members to make healthy choices

Fast Fresh Starter Award
A new employee (joined within the last 9-12 months) who has positively impacted a team environment and performance outcome – a breath of fresh air.

Most Valuable Employee – MVE
An employee who shows leadership, initiative and resourcefulness. Someone that actively strives towards work-related and personal goals to which others aspire.
While a simple “thank you” goes a long way, the importance of showing appreciation publicly cannot be underestimated. Not only does this verbalise the appreciation, it also communicates that you want others to know and value this person for their efforts.
A golden Employee Appreciation statuette is the ultimate symbol of recognition and celebration, and represents excellence. There are five award categories in total for which each winner will be rewarded with a NZD $1,000 Bonfire Gift Mastercard. Our Most Valuable Employee Award, which will be selected from the winners pool, will also be rewarded with our golden statuette prize. Winning an award will bestow kudos and status on the individual, while representing an opportunity for the whole organisation to celebrate.
